How big are the moonbounces?
The moonbounce units are 15'x15'. The
Mega Moonwalk is 20' x 20'. The heights vary- see the detail
page of the moonbounce you are interested in for height. The
slide is 24l x 13w x 18h.

How many children can
fit in a moonbounce?
Generally speaking, between 6 and 15
kids at one time. This really depends on the size of the children
and the size of the moonbounce.

How much does it cost?
Pricing is subject to change at any
time. We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible.
At Kidz Play Inc., we do realize that sometimes special packages
can be made depending on duration or number of units being
requested. Simply give us a call and we will do our best to
accommodate your needs.

Are the bouncers clean?
Yes. All Kidz Play, Inc. units are
thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making
sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment
in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety
check and troubleshoot (when required) all equipment before
it goes out to another client. This way, you are always guaranteed
a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.
If you choose not to have an attendant,
you will be asked to sign an inspection report after the installer
has set up your unit and walked you around it to verify that
the equipment is in good condition.

It's pretty hot outside.
Does it get hot inside the inflatable?
Actually, it stays very comfortable
inside the equipment. The moonwalks lose air with every bounce
(that is what makes them bouncy- the loss and refilling of
air!) so it is usually breezy and cool inside. Plus, each
moonwalk has a roof that shades the bounce area.

What if it rains?
We do not operate our moonwalks in
high winds or rain. If recent weather has caused the bounce
area to become muddy, you will need to locate an alternate
location. We strongly urge renters to reserve an indoor location
(such as a school or church gymnasium) in case of inclement
weather. Safety is our first concern.

Can you set up indoors?
Yes. We can set up the moonbounces
in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or any other area that can
accommodate the height (average 16 feet) of the bouncers.

How can I place a reservation?
You may place an order by simple calling
us at (908) 850-0418, or go to the Online
Order Form. We will mail or e-mail you a rental agreement
and deposit amount to be returned to us. Your reservation
is not confirmed until we receive your deposit and signed
rental agreement.

What are the appropriate
ages for bouncing and slides?
Ages 2-12 years. Some older teenager
parties are permissible; call or e-mail for details if you're
not sure.

Do
you deliver to my area?
We deliver in a limited area around
Warren, Sussex and Morris Counties. Other outlying areas considered,
but additional fees may apply. You can view the Service
Area Here.

Do you set up in parks?
Yes. It is the renter's responsibility
to get permission from the park owners prior to renting
an inflatable. If electricity is unavailable, a generator
to run the inflatables can be rented for an additional
charge.

How much room do I need?
Since the units vary in size allow
3 feet around the perimeter. Also, if you're not sure what
size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off"
heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be about 1 foot per step)
to approximate. If you can imagine two parked cars side by
side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit
of your choice in that area. Also, most 2 car driveways can
accommodate most units. Don't forget your vertical clearance!
You'll need an area free of low wires and branches, about
16-17 feet high.

How much room do you
need to bring the bouncer in?
A standard walk through gate is fine.
We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard
hand truck (dolly). If a person can comfortably walk through,
we can fit the bouncer through too! Prior to delivery the
homeowner must ensure a clear walkway of 3.5 feet wide. We
do not ask our employees to move items which belong to you.

Can you set up on my
driveway?
Yes. We prefer to set up in a lawn
or grassy area if possible because it is easier to secure
the unit but we can set up in a parking lot, driveway, or
other hard surface. We will not set up on a gravel driveway.
If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer
will fit. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will
place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope.

My yard slopes a bit-
will that be OK?
Yes. A slight slope is not a problem.
Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top
of any slope. If the slope is more than a little, we may not
be able to set up in that location. Your installer may request
an alternate location so please have one in mind. The safety
of the children is the most important consideration when selecting
a setup area. Keep in mind we would like to stay within 100
feet of an electrical outlet.

Does it need electricity?
How much does it use?
Yes. We will bring a 50 or 100
foot extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet
near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and
uses approximately 9 amps of electricity.
If electricity is unavailable,
a generator to run the inflatables can be rented for an
additional charge. NOTE: All
blowers and wiring are safety checked before delivery.

What are your hours
of operation?
Our office is open from 9am to 6pm
weekdays. If you happen to get voicemail at any time, please
leave your name and number and we will get back to you as
soon as possible. Our curfews for picking up are generally
9 PM during daylight savings and 8 PM otherwise.

How far in advance do
I need to order?
We suggest 3-5 weeks before your scheduled
party date. However, we generally have inventory available
for last minute bookings, if you do not have a style preference.
All units are booked on a first come first served basis.

Can I keep the bouncer
over night?
No, Kidz Play Inc. does not allow overnight
rentals.

Is it cheaper if we
pickup the bouncer ourselves?
No. In fact, Kidz Play Inc. does not
allow for this. All of our drivers are trained as professional
installers and are certified by Kidz Play Inc. to be the exclusive
installer of our equipment. Our insurance requires that our
installers do an on site inspection as well. Where the safety
of your children is concerned, we leave nothing to chance.

When is payment due?
A $50.00 payment is needed to reserve
the party, date and time. Payment is due in full upon arrival
of the equipment and prior to set up, please.
